Returns & Refund Policy

At Nestra, we take pride in offering premium rugs at competitive prices. Due to the nature of our products and shipping costs, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at sales@thenestra.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund/store credit at our discretion

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color expectations
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Please ensure you carefully review product dimensions, colors, and specifications before placing your order.

Final Sale Agreement

By placing an order on Nestra, customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged
  • They have reviewed product details before purchasing
  • They agree to our Returns & Refund Policy during checkout via a required checkbox confirmation

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Chargebacks

Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks or disputes without first contacting us regarding a legitimate damage claim may be permanently restricted from purchasing from our store.
